  • Newquay Camping and Leisure will normally dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days. In most cases, because products are generally available from stock, your order will be dispatched earlier than this.
  • If for any reason we are unable to honour this commitment then we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • £2.99 For items under 600g and under the value of £20 will be sent using Royal Mail
  • £5.99 to Mainland UK Courier
  • Free Delivery on orders over the value of  £150 to UK mainland
  • Next Day deliveries are available at £12.99 and must be placed before 2 o clock that day this will then be delivered next working day. If order are placed on a Friday for next day delivery your order will nor be delibered unitl Monday

Please contact, either by phone or e mail with the following information:

  • Your full name, address and a daytime contact telephone number
  • Your original Newquay Camping Leisure order number
  • The reason you wish to return the item (is it faulty, unwanted)
  • Please return your item within 14 days of buying your item for a full cash refund (excluding the postage) we will then instruct you what to do next. Please do not return without contacting us first.

What you need to return:

  • The product in its original box and packaging ( we are unable to expect returns on tents or awnings if they have been put up).
  • If faulty, a covering letter detailing the fault
  • A copy of your purchase receipt (please do not send the original) or your order number, name & address
  • Your daytime telephone number and return address.
